What are cookies?

Data can be transferred to entities providing technical and technological services considering conducting recruitment processes, monitoring of office space or performance of concluded cooperation agreement.
Personal data shall be processed throughout a maximal period for a process:
– recruitment – 6 months from the moment of recruitment process ending or until the moment of data processing consent withdrawal,
– visual monitoring – 3 months,
– civil law contract performance – after the expiration of obligation resulting from overriding provisions or after the expiry of possibility to submit claims in terms of performance of the agreement.
Your data shall not be transferred to third countries.
You have the right to request access from the controller to your personal data, its correction, deletion or restriction of processing and also to object the processing.
Consent to the processing of personal data can be withdrawn at all times without the influence on the compliance with the Processing Law which was performed on the basis of the consent before it’s withdrawal. The data subject may submit a compliant to an appropriate supervisory authority.
The personal data controller does not use automated decision-making techniques and profiling.

Rights of persons being the data subjects in the Chapter III of GDPR:
- access provision to personal data
- correction and completion of personal data
- removal of personal data (“right to be forgotten”)
- restriction of personal data processing

The Controller responds to every submitted claim concerning the Right execution without undue delay, but no later than within 1 (one) month from the date of its receipt.
Responses are provided in the same form in which they were submitted, unless the Person being the data subject requests a response in a different form.
In exceptional situations, i.e. considering a complicated nature of a claim or number of claims in a given period, the Controller is entitled to extend the term of request execution for the next 2 (two) months. In such case, the Controller shall inform the Person being the data subject about the term extension not later than within the period of one month from the date of receipt of the request and provide the reason of extension.
